Parents / Guardians:

In order to alleviate unnecessary interruption of classroom instruction, we DO NOT take messages for students. Please make arrangements for Pickup, etc. before school starts.

Only messages of an EMERGENCY nature will be accepted and student will call you back.

Bicycles, Skateboards, Rollerblades

All bicycles ridden to the school should be locked in the bike corral located in the front of the school (east side).

Restricted Areas

Students are not permitted in the following areas:

  • Parking areas
  • Faculty Lounge
  • Patios during lunch and before and after school

Visitors

All visitors must report to the Administration office to "Sign-in" and receive a Hoover visitors pass before he/she goes into the school.

Press 2 to report student absences.

You must call every day that the student is out.

Please leave student's name, grade, and reason for absence.

Student Pickup

Parents, Guardians and Emergency Contacts:

Safety protocol for student pick-up during regular school hours requires that the person signing out the student is on the signature / contact card and a current photo ID is presented for verification to office staff before allowing the student to leave campus.

Students will not be called to the office until this verification process is complete.
